Building a custom home is a dream for many people. Our luxury boutique builder experience ensures that you get the home of your dreams without the stress typically associated with the process. We take care of the details so that you spend your time enjoying the excitement of what is to come. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

Consultation

When you contact Wool Custom Homes, we will schedule a consultation with Shane, our co-owner and lead designer. Shane will work with you to gain an idea of what details you’d like to include in your custom home. She will even walk with you through your current home in order to identify pain points that we can address in your new construction.

We will also discuss a few of the paperwork details, such as budgets, construction loans, and lot purchase planning if needed.

Following your consultation meeting, we’ll work up a proposal specific to your needs.

Design & Planning

Next comes the design and planning phase. Keeping your budget in mind, we create a floor plan and building timeline that satisfies your requests. Once you approve the plans and secure your construction loan, we can sign the contract and move on to detailed planning.

Selections, Estimating, & Bidding

Detailed planning entails gathering prices for materials and quotes from sub-contractors. It also includes making final selections for the individual components of your home. During this phase, we take care of submitting paperwork for you, such as authorizations for utilities and building permits.

Construction

Once the planning phases are complete, the real excitement begins! Construction will begin on your home, supervised daily by co-owner Jax Wool. Jax has a Construction Management degree and over 20 years working in the industry, so you can rest assured knowing that your home is being built under a skilled eye. In addition, you will have access to our builder app, which will keep you informed of the progress on your home.
